Location, location, location.

Location could not be better.

Cleanliness of the hallway was dubious given a foul smell coming from the bathroom there. No bad smell in room though. Plumbing issues meant that we had to be exceedingly selective about what to flush down the toilet. It took some getting used to, but the location really made up for it.

It was right for the short city trip we did.

Location is perfect! The room was OK.

The room was too warm, and the air conditioning couldn't compensate. Opening the window was possible, but the road in front on the room was rather noisy. I have to admit that the outside temperature was abnormal at the time we were there.

The pension was conveniently located a couple of minutes away from the underground station and St Paul's cathedral as well as St Stephen's cathedral.

Upon our arrival there was a bad odour coming from the corridor outside our room. We contacted the hotel staff, though, and the problem was taken care of.

The Pension are in a beautiful/historic building location closed to most attraction in Vienna

Excellent location, at the heart of Vienna. Most attractions are in walking distance. The breakfast are good. The Pension are location on one floor of a beautiful/historic building.

There are no breakfast room, everybody need to get their food/drink from a small open area next to front desk and back to the room to eat. I am ok with it, but others may not like it.

acceptable for the rate when its so centrally located

Location, the entrance and lift to the rooms, many eateries and shops nearby. I assume the husband and wife are the owners as they are especially courteous. Like the offering of sparkling 3 times a week

Breakfast can be improved by giving different types of cold cuts, cheeses, bread rolls or pastries. Everyday its the same especially when you stay for 5 nights. The part timers who are young girls are not courteous are not pro active and has an unfriendly tone which does not appeal to guests. The coffee machine can be on whole day as in the room there were n o coffee offered only tea bags were given.

Location is great! Right in the middle of everything!

The furniture inside the room isn't great. Perhaps too expensive for what it offers but I guess you pay the correct price for the central location.

Wonderful friendly and helpful

The receptionist was very helpful and friendly I actually got lost and messaged her for assistance.The room was comfortable and spotless.

Having the shower in the bath tub is very problematic and can a issue getting out of the bathtub.The shower needs to be separate for safety.

Ideal location right in the Vienna heart. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good.

The location is perfect, just 5 minutes from the Stephanplatz. The room was spacious, with comfortable bed. The key was in the key box, but also in some hours the reception was open.

It was quite strange that toilet paper can't be flushed in the toiltet. It's uncomfortable.
